The Lalitpur Power Generation Company Limited (LPGCL), which is part of the Bajaj Group that is setting up 3X660 MW power plant at Lalitpur in Bundelkhand (UP), successfully synchronised its second unit of 660 MW on Wednesday. The first unit of 660 MW was commissioned in September 2015 and the third unit of similar capacity is at an advanced stage of completion. A spokesperson of the Bajaj Group said this milestone by LPGCL strengthens the presence of Bajaj Group as a major power producer in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
