With over 23 years of rich professional experience, he has built a distinguished career across mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, due diligence, inspections, and investigations. His expertise extends to effective liaison with key regulatory bodies, including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Regional Directors, Official Liquidators, SEBI, and various other government departments.
Mr. Sharma holds a wide range of professional qualifications, including FCS, M.Com, LL.B., MBA, DISM, and has successfully cleared the IBC examination. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Strategy and Management, further strengthening his depth in corporate governance, compliance, and strategic planning.
